About training:

The Saudi Internship Program is an exciting opportunity for international students to participate in research with mentor teachers in selected research areas. Each training period usually lasts 3 to 6 months. Students will be exposed to cultural activities, field trips, and various aspects of KAUST’s work that are relevant to understanding. International training includes field work, laboratory work, conferences and data workshops.

Admission Criteria The following conditions are required:

Students who are currently in their third year or bachelor’s degree or those enrolled in a master’s degree.
We welcome international students from all countries.
Applicants must have a minimum GPA of 3.5 out of 4.0, some research projects require a GPA higher than 3.60.
Applicants must be proficient in the English language.
They must be able to submit all documents required by KAUST.
Applicants must be vaccinated, and they must submit an official vaccination certificate.
