The required documents are:
• High school diploma.
• Transcript for high school.
• Good conduct certificate .
• birth certificate .

• A clear, recent personal photo (4×6)
• The photo should be without glasses, with a white background, and without a headscarf.
• A recent medical report on the safety of organs, senses and freedom from communicable diseases (infectious) issued by an accredited medical center.
• Introducing the student from one of the Islamic institutions in the country in which the student resides, or from two Islamic personalities that includes stating the student’s condition and that he is one of those who maintain the performance of the duties and those who adhere to Islamic morals.
Certificate of entry into Islam (for someone who has not been a Muslim from birth).
- A translation in Arabic must be attached to every document written in a language other than Arabic, certified by a certified translation office.
- In the event that the student accepts, he must attend the original documents attested by the Saudi embassy, and in the absence of a Saudi embassy in the student’s country authenticating his documents from any reliable authority with the university.
- In the event of errors in your basic data in your original documents (such as: name, date of birth and place of birth), you must amend these errors from the competent authorities in your country before sending the application, and that the university regulations prohibit modification of the basic data after accepting the student.The request cannot be sent without attaching the copies of the documents
The conditions required for the scholarship student:
- He must have a high school diploma or equivalent from inside or outside the kingdom.
- He must not have been in possession of high school diploma or its equivalent for a period of more than five years.
- The applicant must not be less than (17) years old and not more than (25) years old.
- To be of good conduct and behavior.
- To successfully pass the personal interview conducted by the Admission Committee in the Deanship of Admission and Registration.
- Not to be expelled from another university for disciplinary reasons.
- That the applicant for the College of the Holy Qur’an be a keeper of the entire Holy Qur’an and pass the oral test in that.
- The student must not have received another scholarship from an educational institution in the Kingdom.
- That the certificates and supporting documents be authenticated by the competent authorities determined by the educational institution.
- The student should attach a certificate of absence from precedents from the security services in his country.
- The student gets a recommendation from one of the organizations, institutions or personalities.
- That the student be medically fit.
- The student undertakes to abide by the state and university’s systems and regulations.
- In addition to the conditions for acceptance of the new student in the scientific colleges and the preparatory year:A- The student gets a high school diploma or its equivalent.B- Fluency in Arabic or English.
