Conditions for Eligible Persons in Moscow HSE University Scholarships:
Students enrolled in the third grade of secondary school
Students who have finished high school and are currently studying for a BA
Students who have completed their undergraduate studies can apply for this scholarship as well
The applicant must be less than 30 years old
Advantages of Moscow University HSE Scholarships:
The scholarship exempts you from full tuition fees (and it is possible to obtain a scholarship of 75%)
Provide you with a monthly stipend to cover living costs
Once you have completed your Bachelor’s degree, you will be eligible for the job market
