Applications are open for the Maastricht University Netherlands Scholarships. The Maastricht University Holland High Potential Scholarship is a Fully Funded Scholarship. All international students from any country can apply for this scholarship. The University of Maastricht offers 24 full scholarships to study in the Netherlands. The scholarship is fully funded by Dutch Scholarships, a scholarship program funded by the government. Maastricht University is ranked 121st in the 2021 World University Rankings.

The University of Maastricht (UM) Netherlands High Scholarship Potential is fully funded all expenses covered by the scholarship program. The following expenses will be covered.
Living expenses € 11,400 (12 months) or € 22,800 (24 months) paid to students from UM's International Service Office
Health and liability insurance 700 euros arranged and paid by UM International Services
The visa application costs € 174, arranged and paid by UM International Services
Tuition fees of 13,800 € 15,500 € or 16,800 € depending on the tuition fees for your study program arranged and paid by UM International Services
Pre-academic training costs at a cost arranged and paid by UM

Eligibility criteria and requirements
All candidates must meet the following
You hold the nationality of a country outside the EU / EEA, Switzerland or Suriname and meet the requirements for obtaining an entry visa and residence permit for the Netherlands.
You do not hold dual citizenship from an EU / EEA country.
You have applied for admission to a full-time Master's program at Maastricht University for the academic year 2021-2022. You are under 35 years of age on September 1, 2021.
