South Korea UST University Fully Funded IELTS / TOEFL Waiver Scholarships
Applications for the UST Scholarships in South Korea 2021 will start from August 17, 2020 to September 18, 2020. This year they are not accepting any IELTS / TOEFL due to COVID-19. See the image below. You will have very little time to complete the application. There are 300 scholarships available for masters and PhDs. . For Spring 2021. For Masters: Applicants who are expected to obtain a Bachelor's degree are also eligible to apply.
For PhDs: Applicants who are expected to obtain a master's degree through them are also eligible to apply.
What the scholarship covers:

Monthly salary:
Doctoral Programs: A minimum of 1,600,000 KRW per month.
Master's programs: minimum 1,200,000 KRW per month

It is not mandatory to contact the professor prior to the UST admission period. Before opening the application.
Try to find professors in their institutes and contact your relevant professors and see if you can find some professors before the application period opens.
